Korolev Tennis Academy was founded in January 2018. Evgeny Korolev, owner and director is a former top 50 ATP player (46 in the world as best ranking). He established the Korolev Tennis academy to continue his passion for the game of tennis as well as supporting the growing tennis community both competitively and socially.

After working at different tennis facilities in and around The Woodlands, we are happy to say, we finally found our own place. Korolev Tennis academy is building a brand new facility located in the beautiful The Woodlands area. The Woodlands has been rated #1 city to live in the US for 2 years in a row. The Woodlands is a 40 minute drive north of Houston, TX.
We have 4 hard surface outdoor tennis courts, a club house that offers a spacious gym, locker rooms, study room and play room. We have a comfortable lounge area where you can relax and enjoy live tennis matches on a big screen TV. We have a wide outdoor patio with a view of the tennis courts.
Our plans do not stop there. We are working continuously to improve and expand the facilities. We plan to add more tennis courts, pickle ball courts and other amenities that will offer our members a comfortable, healthy enjoyable experience.

Our Vision

Our mission is to develop all tennis players from youth on up and help them explore their potential and find their hidden talents. We believe that the game of tennis teaches many life long lessons. We enjoy helping our players experience these lessons. We care about our players and want to see their successes on and off the court. We are more than just a tennis academy, we are a family. We believe that a combination of unique family atmosphere and positive expert coaching will give our players ambition to play at their highest level.

We started attending Korolev Tennis Academy at the start of it in 2019. All three of my kids fell in love with the sport and were highly motivated by very professional coaches. Even though we moved oversees for a while, the kids wanted to continue training so that when we are back, they are on par with the rest. I would say that Korolev Tennis Academy is not just a place to learn a sport and be good at it, it’s a place of building a strong foundation for life skills.
